1.1 These Terms apply when you, as a customer, buy any product from PerfectLine online and constitute a valid and binding agreement between you and PerfectLine.
1.2 By using our Website or by purchasing any of our Products, you agree to comply with these Terms without modification. This means that by using the Website or purchasing goods from us, it will be presumed that you have read and understood these Terms and that you agree to comply with them.

2.1 CPA means the Consumer Protection Act, 2008;
2.2 ECT Act means the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002;
2.3 Product means any product sold by PerfectLine to customers via the Website;
2.4 Terms means these general terms and conditions, which may be amended from time to time. The latest Terms will be published on www.perfectline.co.za.
2.5 Us / We means PerfectLine;
2.6 You means the customer, and

4.1 We aim to ensure all product information, specifications, and images are accurate.
4.2 Actual products may vary slightly due to supplier changes or image display on different devices.
4.3 If there is an obvious error in the description, price, or image, we reserve the right to correct it and are not obliged to honour it.
4.4 You must check your order upon receipt and notify us within 10 business days of any issues.

5.1 Product stock is subject to availability.
5.2 Prices shown are in South African Rands and include VAT.

6.1 Full payment is required before dispatch.
6.2 We accept credit cards and EFT payments. EFT orders are processed once funds reflect in our account.
7.1 We deliver only within South Africa, via third-party couriers.
7.2 Delivery times are estimates only.
7.3 You must ensure correct delivery information. Risk transfers to you upon delivery.
7.4 Report missing or damaged goods within 24 hours of delivery.
8.1 Certain goods may not be returned, such as perishable items or those damaged due to misuse.
8.2 Non-defective goods may be returned within 14 days at your cost if unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
8.3 Defective goods may be returned within six months. We may repair, replace, or refund.
8.4 You have the right to cancel online purchases within 7 days under the ECT Act.
8.5 Refunds are processed within 10 business days. EFT refunds require bank detail verification.

9.1 We are not liable for damages unless caused by gross negligence.
9.2 Your only claim is against PerfectLine, not any employee or related party.
10.1 We may terminate access or take legal action if you breach these Terms.
10.2 Neither party is liable for breaches caused by force majeure events.

11.2 We will investigate and take necessary action.
12.1 Terms may be updated at any time and will take effect once published on the Website.
